Hey friend,
Here is a fun little poem for you. It’s a blog hop with some of my favourite ladies on the internet, my writing mastermind group, the aptly named Waffles and Writing.

Hand in My Fin
Lately I’m noticing
I fling, bring the din,
I am a grey fin,
carving the waves.
Lately, I’m noticing
my words do not flow
languorously, like the
slow, opulent ocean.
Lately, I’m noticing
a desire to slow, hand
in my fin and learn
lessons from the ocean.
Inspired by the prompt, "Lately I'm Noticing," from an unknown source. Click here to read the next one in the series.
