Target audience is 👌🏻👌🏻 love the whole collection, friend!
We bought a set of kettlebells in the random grocery store aisle and that's how I started strength training, very simple stuff at home. Now I go to the gym once a week and do very simple stuff for more like 30 min instead 😂
Love these!! I have done barre workouts for about 13 years. I've done barre3 online at home since moving to the farm. ;) I LOVE it! It's strength training and cardio. :)
I loooove your poems Bec! Always so relatable! And I'm so curious now. I found ode to my period underwear 😂 but not to my envy. So curious!!
And no I can't help you with anything exercise related bc I am 15 months post partum and still trying to find the motivation somewhere to get started on some exercises... Sigh. That's something that makes me itch... Knowing I *should* exercise, kind of wanting to, but by the end of my to do list I've got nothing left to get motivated and then where would I fit it in and what should I *not* do instead of exercise and etc etc
Hahaha I will send you a pic of it later. Love that you looked for it!
Exercise... Sigh. So hard. I'm with you. It's hard enough trying to do the 15 minutes of exercise my physio recommended for me. The little chart in the physio app haunts me with failures hahah
Yes its so easy to feel like a failure with regards to exercise!! I've heard good things about nourish move love... It's free and they have different programs to follow. I've yet to try it but I'm subscribed to their newsletter so that counts for something, right? 😆
Awww thanks Erin. I'll send you a pic of it later. She's not my favourite poet, but this one poem was worth the price of the whole collection (Life of the Party) 💛
Wow these were all punchy and amazing! What a gift you have!
Awww thanks Heidi! It's mostly come from writing a lot of bad poetry hahaha lots of reps 😂
That’s the way! If we’re not cringing at old work we haven’t grown!
“For breakfast, I feed my poem
protein: eggs, psalms, and Spurgeon.” Pure magic, Rebecca! ✨👌🏾
Aww thank you!! 💛🪄

Awww thank you!! I'm walking on clouds right now.
Loving the kettlebell tip. I'm gonna get onto that. Just gotta get back into my physio stretches first 🙈
So so good! I love them all, but that last one about the poem needing to lift heavy things—wow!
Aww thanks Joy! 💛💛💛

Newsletter totally counts! I want to read about it before I do it. Is it procrastination? 🤷🏻♀️
I admit I have never heard of Olivia Gatwood and couldn’t find that poem, but I enjoyed yours!
